1.exercize 6 days out of 7
2.meal plan each evening
3.count calories as much as i can for a while
Which means for tomorrow the plan is:
- gym at 8am SHARP, no matter what is going on!!!!
- oatmeal w/ rest of blueberries 7am
- egg salad sandwiches 11:30
- stop by store (meal plan first) 7:50–8:15am
- pumpkin bread or pumpkin snack from that author’s book
Today I had
- coffee
- lactose free, fat free milk
- sugar
- chicken teriyaki
- macaroni cala
- kim chi
- rice
- #3 meal at mconald’s
- sprite
- m&ms
- milkyway extra dark something or other (kind of binged here)
