Goals

1.exercize 6 days out of 7

2.meal plan each evening

3.count calories as much as i can for a while

Which means for tomorrow the plan is:

  • gym at 8am SHARP, no matter what is going on!!!!
  • oatmeal w/ rest of blueberries 7am
  • egg salad sandwiches 11:30
  • stop by store (meal plan first) 7:50–8:15am
  •  pumpkin bread or pumpkin snack from that author’s book

Today I had

  1. coffee
  2. lactose free, fat free milk
  3. sugar
  4. chicken teriyaki
  5. macaroni cala
  6. kim chi
  7. rice
  8. #3 meal at mconald’s
  9. sprite
  10. m&ms
  11. milkyway extra dark something or other (kind of binged here)
